GENERAL INFORMATION

A. CHECK OUT FOR DISCHARGE TIME
 
     The accounting and Billing Section is open daily from Mondays - Sundays at 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, however, discharge time of patients is from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm daily.


B. VISITING HOURS

     10:00 am - 12:00 nn
     3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
     6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

• Only three (3) visitors at a time is allowed
  

• The Operating Room, DElivery Room and Recovery Room is strictly "No Visitors Area"
  

• Children below five (5) years old is not allowed in the hospital
  

• Visitors under the influence of liquor or prohibited drugs are not allowed inside the hospital
  

• Loitering is strictly prohibited
  

• Visitors are enjoined to dress properly, observe visiting hours as scheduled in order not to disturb and maintain the quiet hospital environment

C. DIETARY SERVICE

     The dietary service opens at 6:00 am and closes at 6:00 pm


D. HOSPITAL CLEANLINESS

• A househlod staff is assigned to clean the rooms. Changing of linens is done daily usually in the morning
  
• Vandalism is strictly prohibited. Daily rounds are done to check the cleanliness of the hospital. A fine of P300.00 will be charged to the patients
  

E. VALUABLES

      The hospital will not be responsible for any losses of valuables inside the room


F. SMOKING

      The hospital is a SMOKE FREE HOSPITAL. Employees, visitors patients should be guided accordingly.


G. BREAKAGE OR LOSSES

      The patient is liable for any breakage/losses even those committed by his watchers


H. FIREARMS AND DEADLY WEAPONS

      No one is allowed to bring firearms and deadly weapons inside the hospital, they should be surrendered to the security guard on duty


I. OTHERS

Washing of clothes inside the comfort room is prohibited
